Actually, it takes a few years to get AS9100D and it is a big achievement. As you can see from this report, a JV between Stratasys and Singapore Airline engineering company (6800+ employees) have only achieved this certification in July 2020.

Unfortunately, the aviation industry is in hibernation due to the pandemic. We might need something (short term revenues) to tie us over the next 5 years before air travel recovers to the pre-pandemic level. I hope we get some good news soon with the NEW CEO onboard and a group of highly experienced directors.
