Think you will find it is paid by underwriter/company.
Last sentence " Applications already submitted will be eligible for the stamping fee" , ie not "liable" , but "eligible".
Not to say it might not be a clever way of putting people off. In WP's interest to get as many at 1.20 as it can?
Still trying to work out whether >50% triggers redemption clause on TPAPA. If it does, either means TPAPA's are worth close to 100 bucks, or they are not aiming for >50%.
