    Yes prophet i see your point about the ACTUAL dollar payment being made to BTA in July next year for a item sold today for example.

    My main point is it the annoucement implies there will be no royalty stream from increased production till 2010.

    It doesnt concern when the accounting payment from GSK is made to BTA.
