Just had quick look. This was to do with options raised at some time to shareholders possibly as part of th shares raised and offered to them that if they paid :03c by December 2022 they would get a fully paid share. At all times the market value of the share is somewhere between current share price less the exercise price when they are in the money. So a shareholder can sell the option whilst its in the money at any time at what the market sells before exercise date without having to pay the exercise price because it was sold on offer before that date.
