sabretoothed...div return
Hi S,
NAB is interesting.If it does drop to $22 or lower I cannot see the div staying at the same rate.To have a bank share at 7.50% seems tooooooooo good.
Even at the moment it is 6.30 % pa.
Just wondered if we bought 10,000 NAB shares now would we be in front,say in 2 years time, up against someome who invested $260,000 in a property.
Must be quite a dilemma for the baby boomers who are looking for a quick and safe fix as they hit their 60's.
