What is obvious is that the resignations were unexpected. Why ? No one else was lined up to fill the vacancies….being 2 weeks down the line without new appointees dictates this.

Now, two Aussie directors need to be found for a company that has not financially reported since December 2020 whilst being suspended for circa 20months. Would any aspiring ASX company director (other than RTO shell expert Winton Willesee) want the Tv2 mention on their resume ?
