agree with the sentiment expressed to the extent that TS might be equated with cfe as his personal fiefdom; nevertheless the cuo deal has certainly transformed the company n offers it a great opportunity to impress the market with some exciting corporate strategy that could see SP skyrocket. TS should keep shareholder interests in the no. 1 slot at all times.

whether evraz sells to TS or his cronies at a 'good' price, if market sentiments towards cfe improves n SP improves accordingly evraz's shareholding can be absorbed by the natural SP movement in the market.

TS should not tout cfe as just a corporate wheeler dealer but a serious mining corporation with a viable strategy giving long term shareholder/stakeholder benefits.in this way it will get broker coverage and come within fund managers' radar.
