Talk about self serving.
Her take over offer failed because it was too low. Management did the right thing by refusing to endorse her the low ball, conditional offer. There was nothing to stop BMM launching a formal take over offer, they knew it would fail.
She fails to acknowledge the achievement of previous management in buying the assets at the bottom of the market. Nor does she acknowledge that all drilling programmes since then have been drilling out previously identified hits.
Criticising people like Rob Dennis, Neil Hutchinson, etc and the previous board is just rude.
I hope BMM aren't going to try to get assets like LJ off the company for a song.
