hey hamik,
the fact they have gone into a suspension ahead of releasing the drill results is usually a good sign they have some good news to release.
in regards the placement it is a clear case of rewarding loyal institutional holders ahead of the release of the drilling results, its unfortunate of existing holders but is common place for spec companies to do so.
