correct I worded what I was thinking differently, rushed the comment rather than checking over it before I sent it.

I still don’t believe a 4.1% discount is going to be relevant in the scheme of things specially with the amount the CR has been achieved along with the revenue, Ebit and dividend component of the RKN business- this is already covered comfortably.

In an open market setting, being a low liquidity & low volatile company on the market, they wouldn’t have been able to access this amount of stock without the pricing jumping over the $1 mark, would have created a hype and frenzie.

by the looks of things RKN may not have direct sold to NOV anyway.

Utilising the big firms and the time it took to raise this with little to no issues indicates and will unlock multiple potential large scale investors & will further bring attention to the Novatti Business.

I know I’ve written this here before but I’ll say it again anyway.
I literally am still surprised that Novatti have a $156M MC considering the significance of their announcements & the relationships they have already formed.

I only now believe the market is starting to wake up to NOV as their SP is definitely underpriced & the next 2 years will see a flock of new investors which will drive the company to ATH.
the growth potential with Novatti is incredible and has the potential to be achieved with relevant ease.
