mate I am the same as you, a $30 buyout I would be happy with, I could then immediately retire. I have some idea of what I think the value could be based on the many quality posts here and Mason14 trying very hard to explain it to me in simple words and by Talking slowly. I too will ultimately take my cue from the board, as if anyone will truely know the value, it’s the board.
