Clearly, there is more coming outside of the RKN purchase. The RKN customer base as well as a nice 1m+ in dividends for the 19.9% makes it a savy purchase. The ability to potentially work together and leverage additional benefits with respects to licences, markets and operating system synergies is also of interest. However, what was particularly of note was the first tranche (1) which is covered under the existing company share placement regs comfortably covers the RKN purchase and still leaves $6m+ and yet they Have also pushed for an additional tranche (2) which needs shareholder approval in Aug as it’s outside the allowable 10% cap. Interesting indeed…
