The OM report made its way onto hc via a link, i had read it as has many others.
Unfortunately with ISX holders, the poor corporate governance and questionable responses to ASX queries by isx after being put in the spotlight by that report, had left ASX with no option. At the time isx initiated court, i personally was anticipating a notice of delisting.
Threat of delisting was slated in the notes of the queries.
