The last time Matt did a CR to Insto's they spent the next period selling Down after they changed investment decisions.... worked for me as able to buy in 45 to 50c range but they were a lid on the stock for some time.
Does not matter if Institutional investors are on the register if the company delivers....Insto's will buy on market as on a comp basis stock is cheap....Matt just needs to deliver positive results.
