If by “says everything” you mean that the increased cash made available by that sale (or some of it) could support exercise of up coming options which would result in a further increase in funds for PLS then I guess I plead guilty.

And now you confirm that you have read the full statement, could you confirm what you mean by your written suggestions earlier in this thread of improper actions by a public company CEO? I don’t see any such issues at all. I can see there could be any number of good reasons for the actions taken as detailed in the original statement, some of which could result in further funds being applied to the PLS bottom line - and some of these have already been pointed out to you in this thread.

In case you or others are wondering, I’m just trying to help you to realise that statements you make here can be made use of by entities in defending their good name and reputation - providing substantiation of claims you make can help others to see how otherwise unsubstantiated comment Eg “smells”, “rumours” may have some basis - without basis though please do be cautious. (I’m not intending to “flame” or “bait”, I’m trying to help you recognise some potential consequences of actions taken in a public discussion board. If you’re not sure what that means I suggest you do some research in that space).
