The SP is low somewhat because of uncertainty over future contracts, but, the over riding concern for the market is ASIC investigations concerning ASX statements made, and not made, in 2016 regarding US Navy contracts.
This issue keeps coming back on a regular basis and has been discussed by posters on and off for some time.
I would begin researching the issue by going on the ASIC site- depending upon how much you are interested in the issue of course. You can also go to ASB annual reports and looking at provisions and their notes. And/or you can get some background by reading the relevant HC posts on the subject- though you would need to wade through posts of greater and lesser value.
Your call on how much research you make on the issue and subsequent weight you place on it for investing purposes.
