A company will always raise funds as they see fit without consulting at every corner with investors about what they need to do. Especially when a director already owns a significant stake in ath and raise us done under existing capacity rules.

Nothing confusing about this. They raised ~17.2m @.053.

I doubt there will be any follow up announcement. Really interested to see what value this 17m crew have on ath to invest at .053. My guess is at least .076 short term, .10+ medium term, .20+ longer term.

I also couldn’t find any connection in this CR with others. Maximum placement capacity utilised so just taking advantage to raise while price was high.

Let’s see some ROI now for all cr participants in the past.

I’ll be trying to buy back the stake I sold at .03 at anywhere .037 and below if it eventuates...
