Hi Vayama.I am not taking the offer.I decided to bail out altogether and took $300 loss on a small position.Main reason is steep decline in SP since the books closed on the SPP.My reasoning is that after the SSP, there will be lot more shares around in a company that has a long way to go before it makes any real money.So far they have been mining share holders pockets.There are heaps of companies with similiar prospects and only so much money to go on spec shares.Can not see this one flying after the placement. Maybe I am wrong.Also, I will use the 15k for the NAB SPP, it came out of nowhere and it fits better with my overall strategy.
