Well, presumably, a lot of time has passed since the offer was made. NUF has increased in SP from high $8 to $11 currently. That's around 30% increase in SP just in the last couple of trading sessions. Prices and offers are very liquid - the nature of the share market my friend. One day a company could have a MC of $0.02 and the next it could be $20 million.
