love the way the market works...yesterday...made alot of money for certain people.....and hdr operating in countries that are a touch volatile like it does is going to be exposed to hiccups...even that said...who ever is the controlling government in any country will not jepardize its income stream from foreign exploration companies paying them rights to explore...they know what side the butter is on....i hope the above makes some sense
