I think it has more to do with the announcement on the 1st of July regarding the license application the first global uranium enrichment facility using Silex technology. This announcement would have sparked some broker phone calls and some discussion with analysts and after putting together a report it has probably filtered onto the desks of some larger funds.
This combined with the BP solar facility gives it a catalyst for re-rating and promotion
