why is the price pressuring down ?
is it because it's tightly hold ?
or is the company making any money at all aside from the debt ? ( nothing wrong with that in ReIT though)
does the company have cash or revenue or income on their balance sheet ? etrade tells nothing usefull
relate to the above question, does BEC need further capital injections ? i check the announcement again and again, i think there is no point to raise below 30 and above 17 million just to avoid paying back ACR , if BEC is going to do capital raising, they probably go for bigger one like FKP may be ? so does BEC need further capital for continue business ?
concord off-loading doesnt concern me, its better to have more liquidity on the market other wise we wont see the price move any way.
but i m seriously wondering how long the share price still going to be press, like until they issue dividend again? if so, when ? its going to be like 1~2 yrs down the road perhaps...
