Though theres surely an absence of rational thinking by those selling prior to first visuals...
Recent announcements indicate first results have a high probability of success.
To those selling just be aware that drilling only commenced on 22/6 and the first hole is always more time consuming as adjustments are made for the variables..unfortunately its a bit more complex than using a Black n Decker to punch in a few in a few holes.
Rediculous selling,, but hey its a free market.
