    We just need to have perspective and remember that I didn't create the document. I did not select what was included or wasn't or how the information was presented. I just went through and highlighted interesting tad bits that caught my attention. This is the document that GXY and I assume ORE worked on together to do the sell. Based on this document, they are expecting people to vote.

    You could say we should include this and include that, but I have said it before I have never really followed ORE. I am no expert on what you guys do and plan to do and I assume many GXY folk are the same. Some have held both companies, I haven't. As I have mentioned before, I have tried following ORE a little since the merger announcement, but you guys are way too quiet on the HC threads that I just get disengaged. I have been expecting that I will catch up on the ORE specifics when our HC threads eventually merge and we get more exposure.

    When I read the document, I read it with little knowledge of ORE, so what is contained within this documentation and how it is presented is important. Don't expect many non-ORE holders to be going back and citing other presentations because simply we are not as interested in ORE and as a result don't have the same retention. Right from the merger announcement I invited the ORE community to get involved and inform us, and from memory only butcherboy and a couple others tried, but all went quiet. But honestly, it does not matter because as I said in that post I think that some will go against the merger, but I think it will pass very easily.

    In regards to Toyota, I am happy to agree to disagree on that one. Yes, Toyota is doing things in the EV space, but they are being dragged kicking and screaming along the way. Their intention is to hold the line for as long as they can. Toyota could be revolutionary and leading the pack, they are not simply because that would impact their business model. Mild-hybrids for life would be their motto. Believe me, don't expect Toyota to do much more than the absolute minimum they need to do in this space. Having an OEM with 51% control is dangerous because it does not matter which OEM it is, they will be looking after number 1 first. Time will tell and happy for you to disagree, and happy to be wrong. I just state things as I see it. I have never put anyone on ignore, I value all opinions and I treat every poster with respect.

    I look forward to learning more from you are the ORE community more in the future. You guys just need to get more involved for that to happen.
