The $2.10 Conversion Price is all smoke n mirrors because ALL dividends paid between now & then come off the $2.10.
So, if NHC pays 10c per share div each year, then the Noteholders will convert into shares at $1.60 (yes $1.60) in 2026.
And they are getting 2.75% interest along the way.
I'd love to know who the Noteholders are !
No better investment on the market IMHO
