I have no idea, it could have read in that case- maintains regular contact with the manufacturer- why put another party in the middle.
As per the agreement - gets me going though .
What agreement ? Why isn’t that as per specification??
Reads to me that there are contractual incentives in place for quantities produced.
I wonder what kind of new product there would be a lot of demand for I this day and age??
