With the focus on Jewell I think traders forget that BRK are already producing oil and gas. Based on the last quarterly BRK produce:
Net Oil Volume (bbls) 1,612
Net Gas Volumes (mcf) 43,886
Using oil price of $70 and gas price of $3.6 that is net revenue of ~US$270k per quarter (~AU$ 350k). More than enough to keep the lights on.
