great find. But it clearly says the government will “secure” that investment, NOT Invest anything themselves. It’s not really what governments like to do. They’ll facilitate it, offer incentives, etc. but not actually put any $ in.
clearly the funding timing is right in their 2022 window, so there’s a good chance we’re part of this project. in fact I’m sure we are. That map includes CAP ground.
