Having looked at Audio Pixels several times, my opinion of it is that they have absolutely nothing. If you're having difficulty understanding Fred Bart's updates to the market, or finding you have to read them multiple times to get even a vague understanding of what he's saying, there's a reason for that.

The communiations are deliberately written to be confusing, and to sound like they are saying something, when they are actually saying nothing. Many of his statements are meaningless. At best, they outline yet another excuse (made up in my opinion, this time its the Delta variant) for not delivering anything, yet again.

Audio Pixles has been promising to delivery a product, ready for production, since 2013. And it has produced absolutely nothing in the time since. Zero. Honestly, to me, this company is a total fraud. It has nothing at all. The company's only major achievement is that it has been able to trade on the ASX for as long as it has, without being investigated by ASIC, ASX, or the media, and that it's share price and market capitalization, given the constant, recurring failures to deliver on its promises, or deliver anything product related at all, are where they are.

Fred Bart has a history of failed companies - at least three of them where he was a director, and a fourth ("Sleeping Giant") which he personally ran into the ground in 2009, leaving creditors out of pocket to the tune of $6 Million. The man has an extremely checkered, and dishonest history. Look him up on Google (use "Fred Bart Insolvency" to find multiple articles on his business failures).

In my opinion, if I held this stock, especially if I had a profit on it, I would sell it while the going is good. At some point, it will come to light that Audio Pixels is a house of cards, built on false promises, and it will then fall.

This is all in my personal opinion. Do your on research and come to your own decisions.

Good Luck. I sincerely hope Audio Pixels does come up with something, and investors can walk away happy (and with their capital intact).
