    Guessing PW wasn't able to relocate?
    I'm assuming Bamford as a mining engineer is able to provide a mining insight to places like ***ong however given that SAU is now a pure exploration play perhaps this is position is no longer required?
    FWIW BJK is the most important as his background and seniority should give him an insight to the workings of the the various government departments and how they work.
