Just how much energy do barges use? What is current cost of the diesel? Why not use onshore solar / wind to produce electricity or liquid fuel at lower cost and less risk. ?
With CCE technology not ready IMO and immature with no costing it is years before ff the shelf possible application? If a investor wanted a poosition with a basically broke company they would just ask fr a placement not go on market and then pump it afterwards?
