Buynhold.....and equally yours....a latecomer to the party who doesn't appear to have done any significant research on this stock at all based on your posts, but now having bought in at the top of the two day rally is blowing up more balloons hoping the party lasts a few more hours. I am just flagging facts and risks - notice you haven't argued with any of those!!!
Anyone who has been following this stock for some time will find the latest trading update very disappointing given what Mgmt has been saying since HY results were published earlier in the year, in my eyes they have lost a lot of credibility over the inability to manage their business in H2 - before this they had been a market darling because they had been reasonably strong on results delivery.
The trading outlook will definitely impact what Sinochem is prepared to pay and IMO would be silly to pay more than $12.50 (16.5 PE) for the stock at the moment. I'm pretty sure Rathbone won't sell the company for that!
