The market has lost confidence in management imho. Their high levels of remuneration is not commensurate with their poor contributions and performance. The fact that their rem report sustained its first strike at the last AGM says it all. Too many management snouts deep in the trough. Hopefully, someone will buy it out and put everyone out of their misery. Getting rid of Bryan would be a huge starting synergy benefit.
