Human nature. It's like a bottle of wine. At $3.00 you just don't want to taste it. And you will definitely won't drink it.
The same bottle of wine re labelled and selling for $30.00 and you think it is better.
This is how a lot of people buy shares. They wouldn't buy them at .011 because they are no good... But at 4 cents they must be of value.
You all know the people on hotcopper who think this way. They are the wingers.
From personal experience my father did exactly that. Was told about shares in a company by me, At low prices but waited until the price rises to up 1,000% when he bought them. Some how this is my fault.
