I base my purchase of shares on a whole range of criterea and part of my portfolio is to have exposure, albeit a very small proportion, to speculative stock.

It is my personal belief that discretionary spending is going to be on the improve between now and the next Christmas period and WTG has made a goog buy's that allows to tap into this srea.

Other considerations are 1. FTTP and possible supply agreements with telcos 2. decentralised distribution system. 3. quality vendors e.g. Samsung etc etc

Thats what I base my opinion on. My question again to repete is "what, in general terms, do you base your info on"?
