    I'm confused now so the amount of directors buying effects weather theres insider selling or buying?

    I thought it worked like this

    Buys = $161,350
    Sells = $242250

    B-S = $161,350 - $242250 = -$80 900

    or with share units.

    Buy = 5.6m
    Sells = 8.5m

    B-S = 5.6m-8.5m = -2.9m shares.

    the amount of shares owned by directors (insiders) decreased over the period not increased so how is it insider buying?
