    I didn't realise that Twiggy has applied for all those tenements.
    Looks like a quarter of West Aussie.

    Twiggy's application has no access to the coast (so far).
    He could have locked in PRL's lower tenements.
    The same for the higher PRL's tenements

    So the question is, why wouldn't he ?
