To clarify, if you look at the previous thread (Class Action) when Avarice said: "The street talk is saying something very different" - he was in fact referring to Balmain Trilogy. He did not think B/T would be around in 12 months time.

He was not referring to City Pacific.

Just clarifying the meaning behind what was said as it appears Avarice's words have unfortunately been misrepresented.
