So much denial after something factual happened doesn't raise your suspicion that 'they protest too much'? You can understand why they would crush the truth because passengers would demand unvaccinated pilots and it plays against the sacred campaign to get this poison in as many people as possible. So BA would get total support from the authorities but you can believe whatever suits your needs.
