I agree the binding finance was pulled when covid hit.
Even IF the finance was binding if the banks pulled out what option did FAR have?
Take them to court lol?
To be honest, and you can check my posts, I was expecting FAR to default.
We were lucky to get a sale at all IMO given the cost explosion and I was expecting WPL to get it for free and FAR to be kaput.
You didn't have to be a fortune teller to see FAR was likely to be suspended, no cash and in default.
Like I said you can keep up with your whining posts but you will just have to get over it.
