This is not unsubstantiated, watch the video of TO found at the Ltr website for anyone in doubt- we’re fully funded until final investment decision.

We’re demerging Moora because it’s got zero value reflected in the share price + the KV team will be able to focus on KV development + KV value will stand on its own merit, currently super undervalued + no one can scare us now on KV with CR rumours because where money will be needed is when you’re exploring aggressively and that’s the Moora spinco.

Ltr - no scare tactics will work for Ltr
Moora - will keep exploring until the fire is found, so much smoke on surface. May need to raise money but this will be a separate company . Who’s concerned with Cr to fund exploration- that’s what we did to get 30 baggers and 40 for others

bottom line, you don’t scare a lion else you’ll get devoured alive
