Great post.....
Well, I have done plenty of research on these three energy stocks.
I rate ORG as least risk, due to diversification and retail arm. WPL is next lowest risk, but is has much more debt and is further down the development phase of it reserves. Investors are a bit nervy about a lack of project updates in WPL and the surge in competition in the LNG sector.
STO is a higher risk that ORG and WPL, but I think it current value under $15 it is also low risk, given its massive cash reserves and take-over potential. WPL on the other hand needs some asset sales and cash injection.
My money is going into ORG and STO, 50:50, stable dividend. WPL is too high price for my liking, under $40 is a great buy. In the long term, WPL is a buy now though.
I am selling out of LEI today, to buy more STO. My other LNG exposure choice, is WOR. Expensive also, but under $20 I would buy. They will get alot of work in the renewables.
any thoughts from others: buys???
