A update from FGR would be nice after we have all seen Nanoxplore secure a sales and distribution agreement, there announcement provided very little details on the agreement, which is hard to determine if its similar to ours.

Initially, the MoU is non-binding and allows the two companies to negotiate terms towards a binding agreement that will establish:
an initial Commercial Agreement for distribution and collaboration, and
rules for a potential investment and share acquisition from Gerdau into FGR, if predetermined sales and investment targets are achieved by Gerdau.
Point 1 should be fairly straight forward, this would be similar to Nanoxplores deal.
The second point, might be the the hold up on finalising the deal. I don't believe Nanoxplores deal had any mention of share acquisition or potential investment in the company.
