I see Andy as a bit more calculating and conservative with great business savvy but is also blessed with that visionary cognision.
Also Corrie overseeing the business, a high growth financial corporate specialist with decades of experience and many years synchronizing priorities with Andy, it's a massive win for the Company imo.
