i had the issue of "provided HIN not matching" therefore rejected and set up as issuer sponsored instead.
on closer inspection, *someone* cut off the last figure and added a 0 to the front of the HIN. strange - I copied and pasted the number, and triple checked before submission....
I received the same email you describe on thursday 1 july,, replied thursday evening and as of this morning (wednesday) i can see them in my selfwealth account finally. give it a few days and they might appear.
something went wrong somewhere!
