@harmattom
Reram addressable market could be 650 million by 2025 and there are 5 other major players in market who are working for the same piece of pie e.g 4DS, adesto, Crossbar, Micron, Panasonic & Samsung. Let’s divided by 6...roughly 115 million per company in terms of sales...let’s say they make 25% margin that’s like 30 million gross Profit. The com@pany has 10 million annual cash burn without going into production, production overhead would be 15 million to start with (setting up factory, wages, insurance, bill or over outsourcing). Total cost 25 million. NPAT would be 0 million $ by 2025 considering CAGR of 16% in reram industry.
Apx for example has 500 million revenue and MC of 1.4b
ASB got 1.7b revenue with a MC of 780 million
DDR got 2b $ revenue with MC of 1.9b
Before you even start quoting APT, do you even know what APT is? putting in a simple way if just sneezes, there will be 5 WBT size companies come out. Apt is hyper growth company with CAGR or 90% and annual sales of 21b $ with revenue over 700 million and here us the punch line the TAM is 22T $. stop comparing to APT.
Do you guys know how much of lead time on semiconductor these days? 6 to 8 months is too easy if you want to a power supply from companies like ABB & Siemens.
$10 by September, over ambitious!
