What's the pending goodwill writedown?

Debt covenants? Are banks on side?

What's the status of John Holland claim of $20m? noting that without booking the expected settlement there was no profit for 2008

Is Rowe the man to turn this around? ... His private coy lost money in the 360 days prior to CMA acquiring and since then the only profit CMA has made was based on a expected court case victory. He hasn't made a zac in 3 years so what's changing?

Other than one off market trade on 30 June by Chung, who are the other shareholders that have sold down? And why? Firesale or lost confidence in CMA?

Does CMA have enough cash to weather out the storm?

What's Scholtz think of this? You can't assume that just because they bought in at 20c that they are supportive.

I lost money on this lemon a while back, but made it back on a properly run recycler (SGM). I feel sorry for those that have held.
