    OK heres an attempt.
they find 3 veins that that seem to go almost vertical for 100metres the veins probably extend below and above that so are called open.
Lets average each vein at 10 grams a ton similar to what the other ore is running in grade.
And lets say each vein runs around 100 metres North South
    So each vein is around
100 metres high and 100 metres long
Lets say the average width of the vein they mine is 1.5 metres
So the amount of ore in the vein is 100 * 100 *1.5 cubic metres = 15000 cubic metres
    15000 * 3 veins = 45000 cubic metres of ore
    45000 * 1.8 =81000 tons of ore
81000 *10/31 = 26000 ounces and only 70 metres of drift development ($140K) needed to access it.
I am guessing though the veins run more like 300 metres than the 100 metres I used in the calculation

This is not as high as Davis elludes to with a possibility of 1000 ounces per vertical metre per vein which would give up to around an extra 1.8 million ounces out of Mt Monger truly incredable if it was the case.
(3 * 1000 ounces per verticle metre* 600 metre depth)

But any way further drilling will determine how much ore is available to mine.
I would say though any body thinking Daisy Milano will be mined out in the next 5 years is not seeing the big picture.
The other good thing is the veins are almost vertical which makes cut and fill mining safe and fast, as they work from the bottom blasting and mining then filling in as they keep going up in a narrow 100 metre high slot.

If it proves to be 1.8 million ounces that would make this a 200,000 ounce per annum high grade mine thats some serious mula.
