firstly, i confess that a friend did the transcript for me & i failed to correct the spelling of the word stopes.

secondly, as ...david....point out, we are due an update within days about the assays of the stopes. that hopefully will rattle the sp along a bit also.

thirdly, just an off-the-cuff remark, as i was just checking out Norseman golds quarterly, where the mechanised stoping grade measures 4.66g/t Au yet the airleg stoping grade measures 10.73g/t. now by a surface reading, those figures point to airleg mining being more profitable than mechanised mining in a narrow vein mining scenario (aka the Lihir @ ballarat story).

also, another conversational piece, i note that Norseman was purchased in 2006 for $62m.. now was this Norseman mine part of the WMC(GMA) stable back in the 1940 - 1950's??? and wasn't the Morning Star mine considered the premier mine by WMC back in the 1950's - ahead of the Norseman mine?? maybe Goldbars knows the answer ?

the interesting point was that the Norseman mine changed hands 3 years ago for more than 200% of what the MCO market cap. is today.

p.s.....just noting an oddity that is all.
