    10-12m is still too high. what if the license is cancelled?
    I will think of reentering at no more than 6m, around 2c.
    The process will be very slow as COVID is serious in Brazil. If the board couldn’t provide a quick positive update, most shareholders will lose patience finally.
    Very bad investment with almost 40% loss.
